TWO URLS, WHICH IS THE WHOLE PUBLIC SITE.

Daye, 2026-09-05: "sitemap should point to / and /privacy only."

This is a static file, served verbatim by server.js at /sitemap.xml on
whatever host asks. Nothing generates it, so nothing will notice it going
stale: it listed seven URLs until today, five of which were deleted that
afternoon, and it did not list /privacy at all.

⚠️ A SITEMAP IS A LIST OF PAGES WE ARE ASKING TO BE CRAWLED, so the failure
of a stale one is not cosmetic. Every entry here that 404s is a crawl budget
spent on nothing and a signal that the site is not maintained. If a page is
added, it belongs here the same day; if a route is deleted, it leaves here in
  the same commit.

The removed pages are deliberately NOT replaced with anything. Leaving them
out is how they leave an index: a crawler has to be allowed to fetch a URL to
see the 404 and drop it. See robots.txt, where the same reasoning decides
  which Disallow lines exist.

`changefreq` and `priority` are hints crawlers are free to ignore and mostly
do. They are kept because they cost nothing and say what we mean: the home
page moves, the privacy page moves when the code behind it does.
